*An adult sponsor at least 21 years of age is required for every 10 youth registered. The first 10 youth may be accompanied by the group leader, 11-20 youth require 1 sponsor in addition to the leader, 21-30 youth require 2 additional sponsors, etc. These sponsors/leaders will be given a discounted fee of $50.00 per person. Any sponsor above the required amount will receive a youth wristband and be required to pay the full registration fee of $75.00 per person. Youth should be at least 12 years old, or in the sixth grade. All registration fees are non-refundable. **Additions to your group may be made by the group leader before the registration deadline of June 28, 2007 or until COLLISION is full, whichever is earlier.
